The Good
The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the location, staff and the units.

The location was praised by numerous reviewers, who found it central, as well as close to shopping, restaurants, public transit, a supermarket, a pharmacy, the Rogers Centre and the CN Tower. One patron noted, "Conservatory Tower offers, in my opinion, the best location in Toronto. It is just a quick walk away from Yorkville and Bloor Street, the Entertainment District and Eaton Centre. A supermarket, pharmacy and the subway are across the street".

Several lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as efficient, helpful and attentive. A few patrons did mention that the staff were only available during office hours (9 am to 5 pm) and usually only by phone.
