"For the money, I expected better accommodations. The room seemed exactly like one in an upscale motel. For instance, the graphics over each of the two beds were identical! There was aminor problem with checkout where I was charged for a minibar item I did not consume. The item was removed from my bill, but then charged to my credit card after I left.Shabby treatment.I would not return to this hotel. I expected much more from the Four Seasons. To be fair, though, the concierge services were excellent."
