"Since my room was located backing the expressway, i found it rather noisy while trying to sleep, otherwise it was perfect. Overall, the hotel is exception, especially for the city of toronto vis-a-vis location, price, quality/cleansiness, amenities, and service."

"Front of House staff were excellent.
Rooms were quite adequate though no extra pillows or blankets to hand - one does not wish to bother having to contact concierge when one is tired & ready to sleep.
Restaurant staff were unimpressive - rather pushy. I had to ask for the heating to be put on in there, in December.
The food was very poor -tepid soup served in a messy bowl; tired salad; over-cooked breakfast omelette (even though freshly prepared); veal ,sausages etc almost carbonised: a sandwich from the lunch menu was acceptable. Even by average North American hotel dining standards which are generally unimpressive in comparison with Europe, this was poor."
