"I was not happy with the first room, because somebody smoked in this room. I got another room, but it was verry noise(traffic)."

"Front of House staff were excellent.
Rooms were quite adequate though no extra pillows or blankets to hand - one does not wish to bother having to contact concierge when one is tired & ready to sleep.
Restaurant staff were unimpressive - rather pushy. I had to ask for the heating to be put on in there, in December.
The food was very poor -tepid soup served in a messy bowl; tired salad; over-cooked breakfast omlette (even though freshly prepared); veal ,sausages etc almost carbonised: a sandwich from the lunch menu was acceptable. Even by average North American hotel dining standards which are generally unimpressive in comparison with Europe, this was poor."
