"awesome stay"
"love this hotel. beautiful nice staff at th reception and everywhere else. i think that the only thing this hotel was missing is a community computer in the lobby to give the chance for the clients to look something up on the internet or check mail. really only thing that was missing."

"Do not stay here!"
"The room was on the road side of the hotel so it was very difficult to get to sleep due to the noise of traffic all night. Also, you could hear the people in the halls and in the rooms above and beside you. The bathroom was not clean and you could tell the toilet had not been cleaned in ages. Would not recommend this place for the price at all! The location was pretty central, though."

"Good for a 2 star hotel"
"The hotel is close to Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre, however, it is also close to a mission. So there are a lot of bums encircling the place, mostly at night."

"I was concerned after reading some reviews but needed to stay somewhere urgently.

"The hotel was great but there was not parking but we had been told you were able to park at thr Ramada across the road. When we went to park there we were told that we were not allowed to so we had to look for public parking."

"A huge problem for me was that there was no parking lot at this hotel, and we had to pay a nice chunk of change to park in a lot blocks away, and in order to keep from getting a ticket, we had to keep going back to get more time. It was a big pain. A parking lot, or at least some sort of compensation voucher from the hotel would really help."

"-we were yelled at by front desk for using the phone and the bathroom down in the lobby.
-when we switched rooms there wasn't a fridge. (someone brought it up later)
-no parking
-when we called for a blanket and pillow we were told to go ask houskeeping for it(this is our vacation, front desk should be taking care of the customers needs)"
