The Bad
Guests who did not like this hotel commonly issued complaints that had to do with the value of the price they paid for their room.
The complaints did not necessarily say the room rate was inherently expensive however many guests felt that it contained no extra added value. Both the Internet and breakfast cost extra at this hotel but most guests who complained did so because of the parking costs.
There was an extra charge of $12 a day for parking in the hotel's lot and that applied even when the parking lot was relatively vacant. Guests seemed to think that parking service should have been included in their rate.
