"The hotel itself is a wounderfull place to be in. The food is the best. The pool area & services are the best, the man that looks after it is very helpful, the sauna & change area are very clean. The angle spa is very refreshing to be in. Room service is very fast. The location is too far away from everything unless you come in by car."

"The rooms were way to warm - my wife had to go down and ask for the air to be turned up which they promptly, did other than that the stay was good. It would be nice to see all the televisions in the room up graded to flat screens. I have stayed in hotels and paid a lot less and saw better modernization in the rooms, they need to keep up with the competition"

"be nice if club soda and tonic water were available in the vending machine Breakfast - I like my entire meal hot. Waiting an eternity for toast was not on. You need to purchase one of those large commercial revolving toasters. A four slice toaster for that many people eating does not serve. Also, your brand of coffee needs to be changed, it was very bitter. Apart from this, everything else was okay. We have stayed with you before.PLEASE, if you allow pets, reserve a block of rooms for them. I dont like sleeping in doggy beds. Yes I do like animals, but not in hotel rooms. When travelling my dog was placed in akennel."

"We found the carpets need attention things were in places worn and we had a room right by the elevator which we were not told about and the noise disturbed us all night. The rooms beside the elevators should be much cheaper and clients should be told of the noise. Have stayed there before but do think some of these things need to be looked at."

"i asked specifically about discounts as I was there for a meeting. I was told there were none. I attending my meeting only to find out there was a discount. I was not able to qualify for it because I delt w/ travelocity & was not able to get a refund or the discounted rate. I was led to believe that I was dealing w/ Delta directly but it was a booking agency through the US. When I inquired about the discount I was not entitled to through the staff @ the Delta they were not is a position to help me. I feel ripped off! I also asked for a receipt fr: the staff @ the Delta & they were not in a position to give me one as I booked through travelocity. Apparently, the only receipt I am to get is my visa bill. As I need to submit this to my office for reimbursement, I am not happy about having to place my personal purchases along w/ my business ones. I will not be using travelocity again. I also had to pay for parking which I consider an amenity of the hotel & should be included in the price of my room. I feel taken advantage of. Am I happy. No"

"After paying $240+CDN for the room you would think that parking would be free. Had to pay for 2 vehicles $20, ridiculous if you ask me, first time I have ever had to pay for parking at a hotel. Reserved a king smoking room and was sent to a room with two double beds non smoking, mistake was fixed promptly."

"asked the desk clerk about airport limo service and cost. She acted like I was bothering her. She gave me no answer, told me to ask the bellhop service. No bell hops around. She knew there was no one at the bell hop desk and didn't take an interest in finding someone to answer my question.I never received the information I asked for. I had to go outside and talk to a taxi driver. I was irritated at her lack of interest in my inquiry."

"A wedding party flowed into our hall late at night so we had to call security. The problem was solved. They have a nice swimming pool in the lower lobby with a waterslide that is lots of fun."
