The "always accommodating" staff at the hotel received numerous compliments and were often described as "friendly" and/or "helpful." One satisfied guest called the hotel's service "world class" while another said the employees went "above & beyond the usual hotel fare."
Guests who commented on their rooms typically made favourable comments. The rooms were often called "clean" and/or "very comfortable" and some guests felt that they were spacious. Occasionally guests described the rooms as "modern" and some guests indicated that they were happy with the number of in-room amenities.

The Bad
Guests that complained about this hotel consistently referenced a few common weak points.
Firstly, most guests who commented on the breakfast were disappointed with either the quality of the food or the poor selection. One guest called it "awful" while another more generous guest said it was "average at best." Multiple guests said that the selection was "too limited."
