The Good
The majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's rooms, value, and location.

Many guests were pleased with their accommodations at this hotel. They described the rooms as clean, spacious, and  newly renovated (the hotel underwent a full renovation in 2012), and felt the beds and pillows were comfortable.

The value of this hotel was mentioned by several reviewers who considered the included breakfast, free airport shuttle and free parking as contributing to the hotel's worth.

Many lodgers praised the hotel's location. They described it as being close to Pearson International Airport (4 km away), restaurants, and Woodbine Racetrack and Casino. The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among them, which included the staff and Wi-Fi.

Some guests had negative experiences with the hotel's staff. They described them as unaccommodating, indifferent, and cold. It was specifically mentioned a few times that the shuttle driver (for the free airport shuttle), was rude and did not help with opening the vehicle's doors or loading guests' luggage.

A few reviewers had problems with the Wi-Fi signal during their stay. They found the signal intermittent, or were unable to access the service at all. These guests also mentioned the staff were not helpful when asked about Wi-Fi problems.
