"Staff were very friendly and attentive---from front desk to the shuttle driver to the restaurant (where we got to practice our Spanish even!) to even the guy painting the ceiling in the pool! Your strength is definitely your people (but the hairdryer and fancy shampoo didn't hurt either after a long trip in the jungle!) Thanks for everything! We'll be back..."

"They have bomber hinges on the doors and the doors slam. This started around 9 p.m. as the truckers made their trips to the ice machine, went to midnight, and started again at 3 a.m. as the truck drivers left.
The bathroom fan was not working, there was black mould growing down the wallpaper, and if you used the toilet, the smell stayed in the suite for hours."

"I enjoyed me stay at this hotel, however , i would suggest that the housekeeping department pays a little more attention to finer details...citing instance frommy stay at your hotel -
1.the shade of the lamp was almost upside down(not broken).
2. In the washroom--no stopper for the bath tub(complete turn off).
3.Did you guys want us to drink water from the washroom..coz there was no jar with water!!
4.Coundnt order food from hotel even at 5:30pm (although it opens at 5pm).
My stay at this place was a good stay because of the people i was with...if lil things like the above mentioned things were taken care of then my stay would have been fantastic!
You guys can defintely do a lot better job :)
Good Day!"

"The woman at the front desk when we checked in gave us very vague directions to the train to take downtown, we could not find it and ended up driving which made us late for our appointment."

"Pool never had towels - was told they were provided in the pool area. Had to call both days to front desk to get towels. The second day, an hour went by and they still had not been delivered - had to call a second time and wait when I wanted to get out of the pool.
Viola, the housekeeping woman, was EXTREMELY polite. She opened and held doors for me and apologized for having to give me room 333 instead of 330 as she hadn't had a chance to clean it yet. The second day, she asked me if I wanted anything extra. She went the extra mile - she deserves recognition!"

"watch the billing as we were impacted by an error in the stated rate. It seems the order processor input the wrong rate to be applied by $10/ night. The hotel staff handled this situation exceptionally as I did have a copy of the confirmation notice which they honored. I was very impressed with how they handled this difference. Their attidude was the customer was right. I was impressed. I will definitely book this way again as it worked well & the hotel was as good as advertized.
Thanks all !!
Jim"

"Be careful when taking the airport shuttle service as more than one Ramada Inn picks up at the same location and they do not clearly explain this problem. We as well as a second couple ended up at the wrong hotel within an hour of each other.......a very common problem for the past two YEARS, yet to be resolved!"

"The hotel advertises itself to be "the closest family hotel to Canada's Wonderland." Not true at all. It took a half hour to get to Wonderland, when we were expecting it to be much closer. The room was older and dirtier than it looked online. We were very disappointed in our stay. In fact, we tried to find another hotel, but had no luck."
