Overview
This hotel is just off Hwy 427 and ideally located to Toronto’s Pearson International Airport, a 7-minute drive. Downtown Toronto is 20 – 40 minutes by car.

The hotel has 168 smoke-free and pet-free rooms over 8 floors with elevator access.

All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free wired Internet, a 32” flat screen TV with cable, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk with ergonomic chair, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and climate control.

Rooms are furnished with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed.

Room extras include a sofabed, an open-concept bedroom, 2 TVs, and a living room. Accessible rooms are available.

Parking is available on site and off site, for $15 per day.

Extended stay parking is available and included in park and fly packages.

A free 22-hour airport shuttle operates on a 25-minute schedule. It is not available from 2 am to 4 am.

The Bistro restaurant is on site offering Starbucks coffee, breakfast and dinner. The Keg and several other restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk.

Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness centre, a business centre, a guest laundry, dry cleaning, a 24-hour front desk, a 24-hour convenience store, safety deposit boxes, free newspapers and meeting rooms.

The Toronto Congress Centre is a 3-minute drive. Woodbine Shopping Centre and Fantasy Fair is an 8-minute drive. The Good
Guests enjoyed comfort and friendliness at this hotel.

Rooms were very clean and well-equipped, with soundproofed windows and comfortable beds.

The location was convenient to the airport, mall shopping and the highway. Restaurants were walking distance and 5 minutes away.

Staff were described as above average and well trained-- friendly, efficient, welcoming and very helpful.

Guests often enjoyed meals at the Bistro restaurant and found it open at night and reasonably priced.

Some guests felt the hotel had reasonable rates.

Guests also appreciated: plane spotting available from rooms, a prompt shuttle, a well-stocked convenience store in lobby, a great bartender and atmosphere in lounge and plenty of parking.

The Bad
Some guests offered their critique online.

Recent room complaints found were: room was a little small and cramped with furniture, no free bottled water and rooms were dated.

Guests did not like the included breakfast package at times. They complained that it did not include small children or everyone in the room or family.

Noise was a problem on a rare occasion. Guests mentioned elevators, and planes flying overhead, but the consensus of opinion in reviews was that the hotel was very quiet and well sound proofed.

Other comments found were: fitness room was very small, worn and stained chairs in restaurant, no room service available from restaurant and hot tub had too much chlorine.
