"I was really impressed with amenities, the great location for the airport as well as the included free shuttle service that was very quick with service and a major factor I considered when choosing a hotel. I not only got great shuttle service but I was impressed by the hotel as well. There seemed to be a bit of difficulty getting the van at the scheduled departure time in the morning due to communication difficulties between the driver and the purser at the front desk."

"No minibar in the room. No pay per view movies. $8.00/day for parking is preposterous. No food services after breakfast. Although, there was a bar and that the front desk person told us that it was open until midnight, it was closed for the duration of our stay. The candy machines were in the hallway adjoining to the gym and was not accessible after 23h00. Even though the breakfast was excellent, the coffee was cold every morning we were there. The staff was polite and helpful but one person under training (the one that checked us in) was very very slow and didn't seem to know what to do at times. The room, pool and gym facilities were excellent."
