"The hotel staff was very friendly except the night manager Mr. Munish Nilakanthan. I think he has some attitude problem. Otherwise the stay at the hotel was very good."

"Beautiful, clean spacious rooms, and great location especially for out of town visitors who have never been to Toronto. It's located close to the subway and the information desk at the hotel is very helpful in helping you find your way around the city."

Renee from Lincoln Park, MI US stayed on November 17, 2004
"I wasn't impressed with this hotel at all. The heater didn't work, had to call maintenance up to the room to realize that the filter hadn't been cleaned in a while. As soon as he washed the filter off, the heat started working properly. The electrical outlet near the sink didn't work. It's a good thing I brought my own hair dryer, otherwise, I would have been stranded with a wet head because the hairdryer was plugged into the outlet that didn't work. I had to use the one across the room. The staff was friendly but the room itself had much to be desired. I will not make this my first choice the next time I come to Toronto."

"Negative: There was blood on the outside of the toilet. Although it was cleaned promtly, it should not have been there in the first place. The beds were AWFUL. Too soft and "bouncy". The pool area looked pretty nasty, also so we did not use it.
Positive: The staff was, indeed, friendly and helpful and the omlets were great!"
