Overview
Located about a 4-minute drive from Toronto's city centre and a 7-minute walk from Ryerson University, Comfy Guest House is suitable for travellers who require a well-priced, centrally located hotel with free Wi-Fi and extended kitchen amenities.

Each of this smoke-free guest rooms comes equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a desk and a private or shared bathroom with a hair dryer. DVD players are available upon request, as are rooms with a kitchenette, a sitting area and a deck. 

On-site amenities include a common kitchen, guest laundry, irons and ironing boards and a garden. Public parking is available nearby for $10 per day. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible. Pets are not permitted.

The CN Tower is roughly a 6-minute drive from the guesthouse, while the Toronto Eaton Centre can be found 4 minutes away by car. The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's location, rates, staff and rooms.

The hotel's location was praised by numerous reviewers, who found it close to downtown Toronto, public transit, Yonge St., the Eaton Centre, shopping and attractions. One patron noted, "Almost everything is in walking distance including CN Tower, Air Canada Centre, Eaton Centre and so on and if a public transport is needed, not a problem. Several stations are located in less than 5 minutes walking distance". A few guests did find the surrounding area to be "sketchy", however.

Many guests were pleased with the hotel's rates. They were described as affordable, excellent, low and budget friendly. 

Several lodgers complimented the hotel's staff. They were characterized as friendly, efficient, accommodating and helpful with suggestions and directions. 

The hotel's accommodations were enjoyed by several travellers. They described their rooms as clean, well equipped, spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds and linens. A few guests had complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).
