The Good
The majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's value, location, and staff.

Most guests found this hotel to be of good value; they cited reasonable prices, the inclusion of free Wi-Fi, and the free airport shuttle as contributing factors. These guests' overall experiences were also enhanced by the saltwater pool and the on-site restaurant, which was described as having good food and service.

The location of the hotel was praised by many reviewers. It was described as close to Pearson Airport (about a 9-minute drive), Woodbine Racetrack and Casino, as well as shopping and restaurants. It was also mentioned this would be a good place to stay for those without a vehicle, as there are several eating and shopping options within walking distance of the hotel.

The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a couple of common complaints among them, which included outdated decor and fixtures, and noise transfer.

Some guests found the decor to be outdated at this hotel and cited worn carpets, aged furniture and tube TVs (instead of flat screens) as examples. It was also mentioned by a few reviewers that the the ice machines were not working on their floors.

A few guests complained of noise transfer during their stay. They described their in-room air conditioning units to be noisy, and also complained of hearing airplane noise. It should be noted, however, that most guests found their rooms to be quiet, in spite of the hotel's close proximity to the airport.

"Good price but too far"

"I chose this hotel because it wasn't too far from the airport and the price was alright. I learned later that I really needed a car if I wanted to get around easily. Managed to get a car the next day (all the places were sold out because of the passengers delayed from the weather). Overall, the hotel had the things that I needed - a room with a clean and fairly comfortable bed, a shower, a computer in the lobby and helpful staff."

"The hotel was great but needs to have a Bellman to help the guest. Also it can use a shuttle service to get over the mall and to go to short hop restaurants."
