It is located outside of the downtown core, but only about a 2-minute walk from Sherbourne Subway Station, which gives convenient access to Toronto's downtown. With competitive prices, a free breakfast and free Wi-Fi, it offers great value without the feel of a value-focused chain hotel.

Each of this smoke-free hotel's air-conditioned guest rooms comes equipped with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffeemaker, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Rooms with a microwave, a mini-fridge, a jetted tub, a fireplace and a sitting area with a sofabed are also available. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

On-site amenities include a 24-hour fitness room, a 24-hour business centre, guest laundry and a free continental breakfast served from 7 am to 10 am each morning. Parking is an additional $17 per day. Pets are not permitted.

The Toronto Eaton Centre is roughly a 15-minute trip via public transit, while the CN Tower can be found 15 minutes away by car, or 25 minutes by public transit. The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) is a 10-minute subway trip or 20-minute walk from this property. The trendy Yorkville area is about 1 subway stop or a 10-minute walk west.
