"Castlegate is not a hotel as I was expecting it, it is a B&B. Also, when you check-in late, the reception is closed and your key waits for you at a certain place. I had not received any information about that system so I found myself in front of a locked door and had to call their central reservation center to find out what to do. Not a good start."

Castlegate Inn offers tastefully furnished rooms and suites. All our accommodations have the convenience of ensuite bathrooms, satellite/cable TV, free local telephone calls, mini-fridge and microwave. Castlegate Inn is ideally located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, within easy walking distance of Bloor Street, Casa Loma, U of T, the ROM, Yorkville and many other tourist attractions and great restaurants. Parking is available on-site and we are steps from the subway. Limited parking spaces - please reserve. The Hotel asks the guest provide an email address when making a reservation.
