"Reasonable price and comfortable room. Pool was very small and on the third floor rooftop, very cold. If you want a relaxing pool atmosphere, this isn't the place. Short bus ride or approx 3 block walk to subway, and everything we wanted to see was a long way away, so we spent a lot of our visit on the subway and in buses. Wasn't worth the savings in the room. But the hotel itself is clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's just the location we didn't like."

"Was there for 2 days yet I was charged 3 days of parking. I was also charged some kind of service fee that I was unaware of for each day I stayed, yet when I booked over the phone I was charged a 2 day service fee. Didn't like the idea of having to give my key to my vehicle to the parking valet because I felt that I had to keep asking for it if I wanted something out of my vehicle. He did his job well and had my vehicle ready for when I was ready to check out. I realize that he had to be able to move the vehicle in case someone needed to move theirs but mine was parked in first."

"The non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The paint was old and there were burn marks on the window sills. The shower had rust in it and the water pressure was weak. The overall condition of the room was very run-down and in need of major renovations."

"That waiter in the Restaurant both Tues Nov 25th evening and Wed Nov 26th Morning - was over the top service.
The elevators were not working during my stay which was alaraming that ended up in the basement and had to go back to the third floor to again wait for the elevator (from the 9th). It was eventually corrected.
You should take your hat off to this waiter as his customer service would bring me back to your hotel again."
