"Room phone not working when trying to make calls to UK, then given phone card but not able to make calls to mobiles.
Had cooked breakfast one morning, the next morning told they were not doing it any more they had stopped it."

"Staff was helpful in giving directions to downtown Toronto, especially the driver of the shuttle. However, the location of the hotel is away from fast-food places or reasonably price restaurants and shopping centres."

"I had been staying at another hotel for my trips to toronto, but was very unhappy last time, I tried this facility and found it to be GREAT.
Breakfast buffet could be cleaner! Having a 24hour small resturant is great for me as I work very strange hours.
Internet is GREAT."

"staff was very friendly and accomodating, enjoyed the jacuzzi, used the airport shuttle - very convenient except it quits at midnight and our flight was late so we had to take a cab. Conitental breakfast was also a nice touch.

"Ecellent place to stay if you are in town for one of the biz park tenants in Mississauga. Has the best aiport shuttle service I've encountered yet.
Continental breakfast could use a wee bit of work, though."

"Please inform overseas visitors arriving at the airport that they have to use a phone system to call for the airport shuttle bus. I was extremely tired and waited fruitlessly for a shuttle to the Best Western. All others came and mine didn't . Finally had to pay $20 for a taxi. A note on the internet booking sheet would be most helpful."

"Was extremely dissapointed, Started with surprise as location had changed from Carlton Place. Next was charged triple for park and fly from year ago. Requested rollaway bed for third person. Was told at time of reservation could not be reserved. Would have to request on arrival. Bed was pushed into room an arrival and left for us to make up. On return from trip called hotel for shuttle pickup. We waited 90 minutes for pickup and called 3 times to ask why. Would never stay at this hotel again. Appreciate chance to vent displeasure."
