The GoodBased on the reviews used for this analysis, guests generally enjoyed their stay at this hotel. Much of that could be attributed to the hotel's customer service and to an attractive price point.
Staff were friendly and helpful, according to guests, who said staff often went out of their way to assist guests with special requests. Front desk staff were mentioned specifically, and guests appreciated their speedy, efficient, check-in/check-out process.
There was a sense from guests that there was good value received for the price they paid. Guests were satisfied for what they received in return for the room rate, including the free breakfast and a pool.

The Bad
