The Good
Guests typically enjoyed their stay at this hotel. It is currently (2016) being renovated and some guests mentioned enjoying renovated rooms.

They liked the location. It was very close to a Keg restaurant, it offered easy access to and from Hwy 401, it was convenient for going to the Toronto Zoo, the Scarborough Town Centre mall and area businesses.

Guests usually found the rooms clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and good showers. Some appreciated having a mini-fridge and microwave. One guest wrote, "The internet worked well, there are enough outlets to run a computer, recharge a cell phone and a digital camera, good light to read by and a nice TV."

The staff got high scores. They were very friendly, with good attitudes and made guests feel at home.

Several guests enjoyed the free hot breakfast and appreciated the attendant.

Adding value to the stay were adequate free parking, 24-hour coffee in the lobby and a guest laundry facility.

Although the hotel is undergoing renovations, guests still complained about the rooms. Recent complaints were: AC did not work and the room was too hot, and several guests said their rooms were not well cleaned and dated.

Some complained of noise disturbances from: children running and screaming in the hallway, door slamming, noise from mini-fridge and AC unit and slight highway noise.
