"The house keeping staff was good the front office was fair. The staff in the breakfast room was fair. The breakfast was not the best. What I find inadequate was the fitness room. I did not expect much but the machines was old second hand home equipment. They shake and they are not sturdy. The treadmill grinds, the eliptical shakes and leans as you ride. One has to hold on just so it does not tip over. The should not advertise that the have a fitness room with those equiptment. Don't think I would stay here again but over all not bad for the price."

"I asked for another pillow and was told thay didn't have extra pillows. When I was checking out I asked if they sold zoo tickets they told me they have a 1 night zoo package that included 2 zoo tickets. Since I asked at check out instead of check in they would not allow me to buy this package."
