"Hello Sir;
Doors # 212 I look nice room but it is a little cold. I find that window have a very bad leak air cold. There need new seal on the frame, and light is broke switch at all. There should,nt get cold room ( damp ) that not good health. Just need repair seal on window and frame leak.

"My last name is not Zeilleux but Veilleux. The Ramada Inn in Timmins is not called Ramada Inn anymore; it's called Howard Johnson so I lost time looking for the Ramada Inn when I should have been looking for the Howard Johnson. I had very loud neighbours arguing, using a very bad choice of words and I could hear them as if they were in my room.
The personel was very friendly and professional."

"Apparently the hotel's previous owners had seriously indebted the hotel and rumours were that it would be closed. The new owners certainly try hard with excellent front desk service and a full continental breakfast, but the infrastructure shows earlier neglect...in some cases, peeling wallpaper in the halls. My room had groaning faucets and a chain lock that was almost impossible to get open once I'd put it on. (I thought I wouldn't get out of the room. Apparently it had been bent and jammed.) Also the bed was less than comfortable (definitely not new mattresses.) I reported this all to the front desk and the hotel staff were very good about taking note of the problems and arranging to have them fixed. The hotel is the closest to the airport - still a $20 taxi ride - but away from the centre of town, shops and restaurants. So it's kind of in limbo. All this to say, I think they're trying hard and guests are well received, but the amenities leave a lot to be desired. I wish them luck sincerely."
