The Bad
While most of the reviews used for this analysis were positive, guests did have a few common complaints, mostly centring on the on-site restaurants and room service.

Guests felt that the food offered at the on-site restaurants was sub par. They also felt that it was too expensive. There were some additional comments about odours from cigarette smoke, overly warm water in the pool and spotty, weak Wi-Fi connections.

"Getting Tired"

"The Valhalla was once a very good hotel but desparately needs a makeover. Rooms & workout facilities are at best "OK". In fairness, renovations are underway. The tired appearance is dragging down the staff, who seem indifferent. An OK spot to overnight while waiting for a plane."

"It was a quiet hotel and the beds were comfortable. It could use some new decorating. It was nothing special for a three star hotel."
