Guests reported that the carpets were worn and dirty, linens and towels were stained, baseboards in the room were in need of a thorough cleaning and furniture and window coverings were in need of a makeover. Bathrooms were particularly dirty, according to guests, and several guests mentioned mold around the tub and the tiles.
