"Needs some improvements"
"I was put into a smoking room which needs to be aired out BADLY. It was not your fault tho' my daughter suprised me with a dog on our trip so it was the only room left available to accomodate the pet, even with pre-booking and paying online. However, even as a smoking room, it stunk badly and the comforter had cigarette burn holes in them. I would recommend that all smoking rooms be aired out after each stay and spray used to eliminate odors. The soap in the bathroom was not in a package therefore we did not use it. The continental breakfast was small compared to the super 8 in Thunderbay. It would have been nice to have a few other choices such as boiled eggs, bagels and more fruit (banana's were the only option) Other than that, the stay was very nice. The staff that checked me in was very helpful and tried to accomodate me but could not reach the manager."

"Stayed in a pet room with 2 double beds. Wish it was a little bigger with a table and a couple of chairs to watch TV, without having to sit on the bed, which is pretty uncomfortable.(For Seniors). Would have been nice to have a microwave and a small fridge too. But not a bad stay though."

"On the day that we arrived we noticed some straw or something like that on the floor of our room, so it appears that the floor had not been vacuumed carefully. During the night (like 2:00 or 3:00) we were interrupted by loud stereo music from outside our window on the parking lot right under our window. This went on for some time. We did call the front desk to let them know about it. (Called at 3:00 A.M.) The night manager said that he had been outside talking to the people, and that he would give them another warning and then call the police. We were disturbed by the noise, and also by the fact that they should get several warnings! If someone is not following rules or is disruptive, the matter should be handled immediately, especially when other guests could not sleep! The managers were very considerate when we talked to them about it. The manager I talked to the next morning stated that there had been several complaints, and she apologized for the disruption."

"This motel was very noisy until well past midnight! Not Appreciated! We found out later that a hockey team of boys was also there that night. There should have been better supervision or else the clerk should have taken control.
Continental breakfast was satisfactory.
Pillows were too skimpy."

"The hotel was very lousy at night. In fact we counld not sleep at all. After days of cross conunry driving, it was torturous that we cannot get a good rest."
