The Good
The majority of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive with much praise going to the hotel's location, service, and on-site restaurant.

Several guests were pleased with the location of the hotel. It was described as close to all Blue Mountain activities, "right in the village", and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and skiing.

Many reviewers recounted positive experiences with the hotel's employees, including front-desk staff, housekeeping, activities personnel and maintenance people. They were characterized as pleasant, attentive, friendly and quick to respond to requests. While most reviewers were positive, it should be noted however, that some guests complained the front desk staff were very slow with check-in and rude on some occasions.

The on-site restaurant was a source of many compliments by patrons. The food was described as fantastic and spectacular, and the staff were also complimented on their service by some.

The Bad
While most of the reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints among them about additional fees and noise.

Some guests were disappointed at the extra fees charged at the hotel. They felt that Wi-Fi ($11 per day) and underground parking ($15 per night) should have been included in the price. It should be noted, however, that free parking is available at the outdoor lot.

Noise was also subject to criticism by some reviewers who described the pool area as being full of kids who were splashing and screaming. A few patrons advised avoiding rooms on the hotel's village side because of loud nighttime music. Noise from children running in the hallways above was reported as was barking from the pet-friendly first floor.
