Located at Blue Mountain Resort just off Highway 19, Blue Mountain Inn is geared towards travellers who prefer a hotel with on-site dining, a free ski shuttle and easy highway access.

Each of this smoke-free hotel's guest rooms comes equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a desk, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Rooms with a balcony, a wet bar, a fireplace, a dining area and a seating area with a sofabed are also available, as are wheelchair-accessible rooms. In-room Wi-Fi is an additional $8.95 per day and pets are permitted for $50 per pet, per stay.

Numerous guests praised the hotel's location, finding it close to skiing, Blue Mountain Village, shopping, restaurants, hiking trails, the beach and Scandinave Spa. One patron noted, "The Blue Mountain Inn is a 5-10 minute walk from the center of the Village. It is a beautiful walk - right at the base of the mountain, so it is pretty picturesque".

The hotel's accommodations were enjoyed by many lodgers. They described their rooms as clean, well equipped, spacious, modern and updated, with great mountain views and comfortable beds. A few guests had complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).
