More recent reviews indicated that the pool and hot tub were undergoing renovations and were closed for the duration of some guests' stays. A couple of reviewers were disappointed that there were not advised of this disruption ahead of time by reservations staff. As mentioned above, many guests complimented the condition of their rooms. However, a few reviewers had some isolated concerns about the guest rooms, including: noisy heating and air conditioning units, small and cramped bathrooms, cigarette smoke odours, and unreliable in-room wireless Internet.
