"-Hotel smelled like cigarettes although it was supposed to be non-smoking
- very old and did not feel like it was worth $149/night. The radison in town where the rest of our wedding party was staying was cheaper and had much nicer rooms & ammenities
-located in a dirty area and access to hotel from the main road is not available.
- price was to high for the room we got"

"I called the hotel in the morning from my home to make sure they have pay per view, as this was important to my son, and one of the things he looks forward to for an entire year!! I was assured yes, they have it. When I got to the hotel, I was told No they dont have it, and havent for 3 years. The staff member I spoke to had already gone home. Then when we went to use the pool( the other important criteria), we were told that it wasnt available for about a half hour. This inconvenienced our dinner plans and we had to rearrange our schedule. Three hours later, the pool was working, it did remain a bit murky looking though.So we did go swimming. Then we went to go back to our room, and the elevator was broken, so we had to climb some stairs. I have multiple health problems, and do not climb stairs, but I had to in this case, with great difficulty, I might add. I did mention to the manager during the pool incident that we would not stay here again, but he said "sorry, pipes break". I also asked for non-smoking, which I suppose it was, as there wasnt ashtray in the room, but the entire hotel smelled like smoke. I actually tried to find another hotel, but the ones I called had no vacancies, otherwise I would have moved. I am not someone who usually complains, either and am very easy going."
