Of the reviews used for this analysis, complaints about this hotel seemed to outnumber compliments. However, there were a few aspects that received positive feedback.
The customer service provided by the front desk agents was described as friendly and attentive. A few guests mentioned that the staff were quick to respond to concerns, with one reviewer stating, "If you are dissatisfied, the staff here will bend over backwards to fix it."
A few guests also noted that the hotel was conveniently located for accessing the 400 highway (to Toronto) and family attractions. A couple of reviewers also found many restaurants nearby.
