Many reviewers agreed that their rooms were clean and spacious. Several guests also mentioned that their mattresses and pillows were comfortable.
The staff at this hotel were highly praised by many guests. The front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and the breakfast attendants all received multiple compliments and were described as friendly and efficient. One reviewer said the employees at this property were "among the friendlies hotel staff I have ever seen", while another guest described the staff as "amazing".
Many reviewers seemed impressed by the food quality and the selection offered at the complimentary breakfast. The Bad
As mentioned above, most reviews (of those used for this analysis) described positive experiences at this hotel and very few complaints were found.
A couple of guests did mention that they found the in-room soundproofing inadequate, as they were disturbed by noise from neighbouring rooms.
The indoor pool was also a source of concern for a couple of other reviewers. One guest found the pool temperature uncomfortably cold, while another guest thought the pool was over chlorinated.
Other isolated complaints about this property included a lack of cold weather plug-ins (in the outdoor parking facility), no in-room mini-fridges, and no in-room microwaves.
