Overview
The Comfort Inn is located on Regent Street (Highway 69) in the south end of Sudbury, Ontario. This hotel is located in a shopping complex that includes several restaurants (East Side Mario's, Plucker's Wings and Things, Harvey's, and Dairy Queen) and a few retail stores.

This hotel has 80 rooms and offers both smoking and non-smoking accommodations. All rooms include televisions, coffee makers (with complimentary coffee and tea), air conditioning, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, telephones with voicemail, desks, free high speed Internet, free local calls, and free weekday newspapers. 

Pets are allowed at this hotel for a charge of $15 per stay. Free parking with cold weather hook-ups for cars and over-sized vehicles is available on site as well as a free hot breakfast. 

This hotel offers the following services (at an extra charge): currency exchange, valet dry cleaning, and print, copy, and fax services.

There were few hotel reviews available for this analysis. However, among the limited number of reviews, there were several common compliments found.

Many guests found the location of the hotel convenient for accessing Highway 55 and nearby amenities such as shopping and restaurants. A couple of guests mentioned that they found the property within walking distance to several restaurants.

The rooms were described as clean by several guests and one reviewer stated that this property was "the most up to date and cleanest" Comfort Inn she had ever visited.

A few guests complimented the food quality and selection of the free continental breakfast, while one reviewer described the breakfast as "better than average".

The customer service also received a few compliments and the front desk agents were described as friendly, helpful, and efficient.

The free wireless Internet, in-room microwaves, and in-room mini-fridges were mentioned by some guests as added value features.
