The GoodThere were few hotel reviews available for this analysis. However, among the limited number of reviews, there were several common compliments found.
Many guests found the location of the hotel convenient for accessing Highway 55 and nearby amenities such as shopping and restaurants. A couple of guests mentioned that they found the property within walking distance to several restaurants.
The rooms were described as clean by several guests and one reviewer stated that this property was "the most up to date and cleanest" Comfort Inn she had ever visited.
A few guests complimented the food quality and selection of the free continental breakfast, while one reviewer described the breakfast as "better than average".
The customer service also received a few compliments and the front desk agents were described as friendly, helpful, and efficient.
The free wireless Internet, in-room microwaves, and in-room mini-fridges were mentioned by some guests as added value features.
The Bad
As mentioned above, there were few reviews found for this analysis, however some guests did describe a couple of common concerns.
A few reviewers complained about smelling cigarette smoke in their non-smoking rooms. One guest suggested that cigarette smoke from a neighbouring room may have been permeating his room through the vents.
A couple of guests mentioned that the carpeting was looking worn and needed replacing, while a couple of other reviewers thought the room rate was expensive for the lack of on-site amenities offered.
