Rooms were very clean and quiet with comfortable beds.
Guests liked the location. It was close to downtown, shops, restaurants, the arena and the highway. Guests found the Ramsey Lake Boardwalk and cruise on the weekend, the Big Nickel/ Dynamic Earth underground mine tour, and Science North all nearby.
Guests really liked the restaurant. They said it had great food (burgers, wings, salads) and a good selection of beer. Breakfast offered at the hotel and room service was also well liked.
Guests liked the staff. They were proficient, accommodating and helpful.

Recent room complaints: mattress a little hard, brown water from tub faucet, nicks on the wall, room was not renovated, hairs found in the bathroom, a lumpy comforter and a small bathroom.
Noise was sometimes an issue. Guests mentioned in-room heaters and AC units, nearby rooms, the elevator and trains in the vicinity.
Some had pool complaints. The deck was slippery and it was a little deep for smaller children with no shallow end.
