There was not too much to gripe about it seems over in Sudbury at this hotel. Although one guest called the building dated, it seems that Clarion is renovating, so there is a lot to look forward to and some of the problems guests encountered may likely be addressed by the new management.more
Occasionally a guest was bothered by the nearby trains that passed by, creating a noise disturbance, and there was the odd complaint over noisy heaters in the rooms.
A very small number of guests found the beds too soft, although a much larger group by comparison found them very comfortable.
The occasional comment surfaced about the area being "not a nice part of town", however many comments highlighted the opposite sentiment with guests finding it very convenient to many destinations.
