Many reviewers described the front desk agents as polite, helpful, and caring. One guest who complimented the staff said, "they went out of their way to help us."

Several guests were disappointed by the quality of the free continental breakfast. A few reviewers thought the breakfast lacked quality and selection, while a few other guests suggested that more hot items should be made available.

A few reviewers complained that the parking lot and the neighbourhood immediately surrounding the hotel seemed to be unsafe. A few guests described homeless people loitering near the hotel. A couple of other reviewers also mentioned that parking was limited and that the spaces were narrow.

Other isolated concerns included: the guest room windows did not open, the in-room fridges were not cold enough to preserve some food items, and poorly lit exterior signage made it difficult to located the hotel at night.
