"Cleaning staff was very pleasant!
Resturant staff left something to be desired. - not pleasant and rather costly for what was offered!
Pool was greatly enjoyed by the whole family! Nice area.
Location was easy to find - you have a lovely community!
No cots available for our convience which was a little frustrating!
Over all: we'd come again! :)"

"Wasn't sure why we were given a room at the very back of the hotel (as were other guests). It was a REALLY long walk to get to the restaurant and pool. We didn't ask for a reason because we were only staying one night."

"Excellent 'out-of-town' hotel near to retail outlets and 'chain' restaurants. Right on the edge of town so if you want to walk into the centre then be prepared for a 40 minute round trip. Amenities good, rooms clean and efficient, staff friendly and helpful."

"We were concerned when we saw a ?girls team/sports team. We had a noisy group (not sure if the same group or not) across the hall from us. The noise started at 11p.m. and woke us up several times and when we called to complain at 1:30 we were told that the hall was quite a moment ago when just checked. It happened again the next night so we called earlier and that did seem to help some. But why is the person who calls to complain looked upon as the trouble maker?The doors were slammed by the group and lots of laughing and carousing was heard. Groups like that should not be near families...put them in a party area!
The sink drain was broken as was the coffee pot...overall not the best choice for us. We were told our room was upgraded to a suite for our family and yet we lost a bed and it was replaced with a sofa bed which does not compare to a regular bed !
However, we must say the pool was very nice!"
