"Unfortunatley will not stay there again"
"The location of hotel was very hard to find, the smell outside the hotel was disgusting, the hotel looks like it falling apart, missing lots of bricks and is in need of a make-over. Room airconditioning did not work, so room was very hot and humid."

"There were a few other people staying at the hotel in other rooms while we were there. The elevator wasn't working and one of the people we knew were given the option of a second floor room while we were not given a choice and given the fifth floor. It was a pain to get luggage up and down. I understand not everyone could have a main floor room but maybe a discount could have been offered or a service to help bring luggage up perhaps.
P.S. SMITHS FALLS IS AN AMAZING LITTLE TOWN. FRIENDLY PEOPLE - SMELLS LIKE CHOCOLATE...I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND A STAY THERE!"

"Our room was clean, spacious and bright - the view was excellent from the 5th floor balcony...(all rooms had a balcony with a view of the river). The staff was very friendly and informative. Our Canada Day overnight stay was complimented by live musicians on stage at the outdoor patio "sports bar" ajoining the hotel, but just till 9:00 p.m. followed by a great view of the town's annual fireworks display - perfect!"

"It was FREEZING. The room boasted a room over looking the locks...well yeah, if you stood on a chair to look over the decaying cement balcony. The toilet didn't flush properly. I had to use the waste basket and fill it with water to force the water down. No movie channels. Cable had nothing but news and LOTS of French Channels. After a long drive I need to relax and enjoy a movie. Pillows I asked for was NOT provided. Terrible water pressure for showering. Road into the hotel was in terrible condition. Entrance leads you to enter in the BACK to the hotel (poor lighting)....that entrance is run down. Elevator is VERY SMALL...but it was reasonably fast for the hotel it was in I suppose..I give it that. The people working there are as nice as they can be...so two points for those two. Would I stay in Smiths Falls Comfort Inn again...not if I can help it, but that is all the town has...so I had no choice. Hopefully, I won't have to move there."

"The pounding bass from the DJ on the ground floor boomed up to our fifth floor room. Very annoying. There was mould in the bathtub grout and between some of the bath tub wall tiles. It looked like the bathroom had only been swept, not mopped before our arrival."
