"The location is not great; right on the strip-mall , main thoroughway. Not very picturesque. Aside from that, the concierge was very friendly and helpful; convenient; close to the train station; hotel room didn't have a great smell...perfume to cover up cigarette smoke? generally comoforbale and safe. expectations shouldn't be high."

"We found that the staff was abrupt and not particularly friendly. The air conditioning was not working in our room. No effort was made to find another room for us and since it was very hot and we were preparing to attend a wedding in the area, we found it extremely frustrating."

"We went to the Ottawa Senator's hockey game from Southwest Ontario and decided to stay in Smiths Falls, rather than Ottawa. It was a smart decision. We had a comfortable 45 minute drive to the Corel Centre and didn't have to fight the traffic heading back into Ottawa after the game. In the morning we were 45 minutes closer to home. The only complaint that I have about the motel is that the double beds were softer than I prefer. We will stay there again."
