"My room poorly ventilated and was quite room. It also smeeled like the room had be smoked in. The clerk was not very attentive and appear as if I was disturbing him.
The maid service and maintenace staff were very helpful and congenial."

"The bed was not comfortable, pillow were flat and the price for the room was ridiculous. $147.00 CAD and we could barely move around the room. I was not impressed, but rather dissappointed by this hotel. I would never recommend any one to stay there."

"I didn't receive the invoice which is necessary for me to account for my trip. Before my departure to the airport, when asked for the invoice, receptionist told me "We can't" and surly "Call them". To whom and where I'm supposed to write or phone? This is first hotel I've met where I didn't get invoice and no clear hint what should I do. Anyway, I NEED INVOCE TO ACCOUNT FOR FOUR DAYS OF MY STAY. THIS INVOCE MUST BE ISSUED IN CANADIAN DOLLARS. Who is responsible for that? Please send my information!
