"Great stay."
"Very good experience staying at this hotel. Staff friendly and went out of their way to accomodate. Would like to have had a bar fridge and microwave in room. Other than that, hotel clean and many amenities that were appreciated."

"The Manager and Staff were execellent - They went out of their way to make my daughter and I feel at home. The amenities were not all that, but the management and staff made up for all the short falls of the hotel."

"We really enjoyed the continental breakfast you provide--excellent variety. The gentleman behind the desk when we arrived was kind enough to come to the car with a luggage trolley to help us in and put our things in our room. The staff in general was very friendly, and the cleaning staff bent over backward to be of assistance to us. We were there for an afternoon wedding so our room was not available for cleaning until the afternoon.
I would like to suggest your admininstration address putting hand rails on the wall side of the bath tub to help those of us who are not as agile as we use to be. I felt a bit defenseless with nothing to hold on to if I needed it.
All in all our stay at your hotel was most pleasant.

"Two comments: 1. our first room that was supposed to be a non-smoking smelled like an ash tray and we had to switch to another.
2. the girl on the front desk was overworked as she kept answering the phone serving phone customers while I waited. The message to me was those telephone calls were more important than me and my needs. Poor customer service!"

"We were very happy and pleased with every aspect of the hotel during our stay in Toronto.The continental Bkfst was better than what other hotels offer. We also enjoyed having the open coffee and tea bar so that we could help ourselves at anytime.The rooms were very clean and comfortable and towels plentiful. The staff were cordial.We were very please to see that there were night people making there rounds which helps to give one a since of security.
