"Great room service. Front desk people were rude upon check in."
Anita from Barry, ON US stayed on February 16, 2006

"i asked specifically about discounts as I was there for a meeting. I was told there were none. I attending my meeting only to find out there was a discount. I was not able to qualify for it because I delt w/ travelocity & was not able to get a refund or the discounted rate. I was led to believe that I was dealing w/ Delta directly but it was a booking agency through the US. When I inquired about the discount I was not entitled to through the staff @ the Delta they were not is a position to help me. I feel ripped off! I also asked for a receipt fr: the staff @ the Delta & they were not in a position to give me one as I booked through travelocity. Apparently, the only receipt I am to get is my visa bill. As I need to submit this to my office for reimbursement, I am not happy about having to place my personal purchases along w/ my business ones. I will not be using travelocity again. I also had to pay for parking which I consider an amenity of the hotel & should be included in the price of my room. I feel taken advantage of. Am I happy. No"
Jason from Scarborough, ON CA stayed on February 15, 2006

"After paying $240+CDN for the room you would think that parking would be free. Had to pay for 2 vehicles $20, ridiculous if you ask me, first time I have ever had to pay for parking at a hotel. Reserved a king smoking room and was sent to a room with two double beds non smoking, mistake was fixed promptly."
H?l?ne from Ottawa, ON CA stayed on January 15, 2006

"All staff members were extremely welcoming and created a friendly atmosphere. We ate in 2 of the restaurants and found the menu selections and the cuisine very good."
Kevin t from Highland, MD US stayed on December 30, 2005

"It was very refeshing to be welcomed at your hotel - especially with a pet - the dog bowls were an added bonus and a very thoughtful gesture. Thank you. S. Carroll"

"Because we had booked through Travelocity they could not guarantee us a non-smoking room even though I had requested one. When we arrived of course there were no non-smoking rooms available. We were assigned a smoking room and told if it wasn't to our satisfaction they would give us another room at an additional $30.00 charge. They didn't seem willing to make any concessions at all. When we asked for directions at the concierge desk the gentleman had no idea what we were asking and referred us to someone else who also had no idea. I would not book this hotel again and I will reconsider using Travelocity again as well."
Wayne from Newmarket, ON CA stayed on September 16, 2005

"asked the desk clerk about airport limo service and cost. She acted like I was bothering her. She gave me no answer, told me to ask the bellhop service. No bell hops around. She knew there was no one at the bell hop desk and didn't take an interest in finding someone to answer my question.I never received the information I asked for. I had to go outside and talk to a taxi driver. I was irritated at her lack of interest in my inquiry."
Duncan from Ottawa, ON CA stayed on September 19, 2004

"Not overly pleased with the $9.00/night parking charge at a suburban hotel, but otherwise, quite a nice stay and the Simmons mattresses were a welcome relief from the wooden planks that most hotels seem to use for their beds."
Cho kin from Parsippany, NJ US stayed on August 15, 2004

"The swimming pool is very nice. A little gym for us to work out, too. Good atmsphere at the restaurant, and a varieties of food to choose (they even have Japanese too). Actually, this is the third time we stayed there."
James from Rochester, NY US stayed on July 11, 2004

"A wedding party flowed into our hall late at night so we had to call security. The problem was solved. They have a nice swimming pool in the lower lobby with a waterslide that is lots of fun."
