"Beds were old and springs could be felt, woke up sore. Heat barely worked and room never got warm enough to be comfortable. If we hadn't gotten in so late and tired, we may have moved on. The hotel did make a room change, but beds were not much better. We ended up staying elsewhere. Hotel does NOT achieve the shown rating by any stretch of the imagination. The personnel were friendly and helpful though, I suspect the issues we had were the result of poor management decisions and cost corner cutting."

"The Hotel was fine, quiet, friendly and helpful people, very happy with my stay, my complaint is with the website I booked it with, I booked 3 rooms for 3 people under my name, when I got there, there was only one room booked, the staff was very helpful and accommodated my 2 buddies with rooms, we were lucky they had extra rooms and we stayed close together, the hotel was great, the booking website is the one who screwed up."
