"Everything was perfect and I am very satisfied.
One little suggestion, perhaps. In the morning, the room cleaning staff was busy cleaning rooms near mine and probably doing a very good job. However, they were so loud and noisy (there were 2 people, I think) that I woke up frustrated. I had went to bed late bvecause of a late meeting and hoped to sleep in a little before starting my day. Although they never knocked on my door because I had put out the door sign (do not disturb), they were very noisy. It might help to share this with them. Thank you."

"My stay at this hotel was terrible. Overpriced and bad service. The front desk help gave me the key to a room that was already occupied by a female guest, which I walked in on at midnight. They gave me the wrong key three times. The restaurant was very slow and overpriced $18.00 for a bowl of oatmeal and an order of pancakes which were very soggy. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke and when I asked to be switched they were very uncooperative. When I wrote the hotel manager about my situation, she never responded. I would nevr stay at this hotel again. You have been warned!!!"

"Village Inn Sarnia facilities are clean and very comfortable. The room had a coffee maker and writing desk with data connections provided. Hotel location near major highways and the USA/Canada border crossing is very convenient for business travel. I especially enjoyed two excellent dinners in Monet’s, the attached restaurant."
