Overview
This boutique hotel is situated within the downtown Sarnia waterfront area, which includes restaurants, shops, the waterfront trail system and the Imperial Theatre (performing arts venue) all within a 5-minute walk. This property would be ideal for guests who are looking to explore the waterfront area on foot.

Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a coffeemaker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a TV, a table and two chairs and a safe. Rooms are furnished with either one queen bed or two double beds. Select rooms also include a heated bathroom floor. This hotel also offers larger suites that accommodate up to six people.

Free parking is available on site and pets are permitted at no additional charge.

A free breakfast is served daily from 6:30 am to 10 am. This hotel does not have an on-site restaurant.

On-site recreational facilities include an indoor heated pool, an 85-foot water slide (available on weekends only), a sauna and a fitness centre. Other on-site facilities include a spa, same-day dry cleaning, a 24-hour front desk and meeting space. 

Access to Highway 402 is a 3-minute drive away. The Point Edward Casino (slot machines and table games) and the Bluewater Bridge to the US are both about 6 minutes away by car. Several reviewers described their rooms as clean and a couple of guests mentioned that their beds were comfortable. A few guests found their rooms to be generally comfortable and a couple of reviewers complimented the "old world" atmosphere.

Among the reviews used for this analysis, many guests were disappointed by the quality of their rooms. Guests described the hotel as old, dated and in a state of disrepair. Reviewers specifically mentioned that the bathrooms were dated and guests described leaky faucets and rusted fixtures. Reviewers also mentioned chipped walls and ceilings and worn linens.

While a few guests appreciated the free breakfast, several reviewers thought that the breakfast lacked selection. A couple of guests complained about poor tasting coffee. Several guests complained that this hotel did not have an on-site restaurant.
