This hotel is situated in a suburban area of Saint Catharines, 13-minutes by car from the nearest QEW interchange. This hotel would be suitable for leisure travellers who want to explore the area by car and need easy access to the highway.

Smoking, non-smoking and accessible accommodations are available. This hotel offers 100 individually climate controlled rooms that come with free W-Fi, cable TV, a coffee/tea maker, an iron and ironing board, a working desk and chair and a hair dryer. Free local calls and complimentary paper come with all rooms. 

Free on-site parking is offered and pets can be accommodated free of charge (select rooms only). 

Other amenities include business services (copy/fax), several meeting rooms, currency exchange, dry cleaning service, a gift shop, an ATM machine and express check in and check out.

IHop Restaurant is located directly next door to the hotel and serves breakfast and lunch.

The Welland Canal is 24-minutes west by car from the hotel. Port Dalhousie, a waterfront area that houses several restaurants and offers walking tours, is a 14-minute drive (west). The reviews used for this analysis were mixed but there was some positive feedback that focused on the room cleanliness, location, staff and service, the rates and the beds.

Several guests were impressed with the room cleanliness. However, there were opposing opinions and mixed reviews regarding this (see below).

Several guests agree that the location was easily accessible from the highway and appreciated that a variety of amenities were close by. 

The staff were pleasant and accommodating, according to some guests.

Some reviewers felt the room rates were reasonable.

A few guests spoke favourably of the beds and described them as comfortable, although others said they were small.

As mentioned above, the reviews used for this analysis were mixed. There were complaints regarding the age of the hotel, no complimentary breakfast, the size of the beds and rooms and room cleanliness.

Some reviewers felt the hotel looked tired and was showing its age. The decor and furnishings were described as dated and old.
