Melissa from Hearst, ON CA stayed on July 26, 2005
"The hotel was not as bad as i thought it would be, probably because I had read some reviews beforehand. It is true that there wasn't enough towels, and that there wasn't proper bedding sheets on the bed so you would end up sleeping on the matress. The fact that there wasn't any alarm clock didn't help either, but the room was averagely clean and there was air conditionning...I would not stay there for a month or week, but for one night after driving 12 hours, it wasn't a bad experience."

Bonnie from Oakville, ON US stayed on July 17, 2004
"The worst part of staying in this hotel was the AWFUL smell in the room. It had a very overbearing disinfectant smell that could not be eliminated by leaving the room door open because the hotel in located pretty much in a farm field and it was very buggy outside. There were no opening windows to use to help eliminate this problem. It made for a very uncomfortable stay as well as the mediocore beds and stains in the sink and shower on the bathroom. There was not an ample supple of towels either."

"The only reason I stayed in this hotel is because the location was very handy for where I needed to go - mainly to Ridgetown and Thamesville.
There is no other hotel accommodation nearby. The location of the hotel on the 401 and the 3 restaurants closeby are its biggest drawing card. The room was clean. The people running the place were pleasant. The TV reception was very poor and only 4 channels available. No TV control."
