"I'm sure the breakfast would have been lovely too, had we had the chance to sit and relax...our daughter had a very early class in the Horse show at the Pickering Horse Centre. We may be back for another show in September...we will see you then perhaps. Thank you for your excellent service. Take care."

"People nowadays, have cellular phones, video cameras, digital cameras and other electronics. It was quite a task to find a free outlet in the room. With people travelling with more electronics today than any other time, would it not be a thought to have a power bar of some sort with a few extra outlets... I don't want to unplug a lamp or a coffee maker, because I use these things as well, but I also need to charge my phone, and my video camera.
One outlet by the night table powered a lamp and the clock radio (which we needed both), and the other 2 outlets by the tv, powered the microwave, fridge, tv, and lamp and coffee maker. (which we needed)
The only free outlet I saw was on the lamp itself, but it was for a notebook computer only (it was clearly marked)."

"Have visited this hotel on previous occassions but this time it was extremely noisy and disturbing all night due to a visiting La Crosse team although the management did try and control them. Other guests also complained and the team were ejecyed the following morning. On previous visits, we had no problems at this motel."

"We chose this hotel because of its location close to the 401 as a stop along the way - excellent for that."

"I booked a non-smoking room. I was allocated room 244. This was not marked as a non-smoking room. I have no doubt that it has been used as a smoking room (bedding smelt of smoke). I did ask reception to check but was assured this was a non-smoking room. While not ruining my stay, this did spoil it somewhat.
Customer service was both "friendly and attentive" (at check-in and when leaving) but was also "frustrating at times" (when confirming room-type) - so I've marked it "nothing to complain about" as the average between the two."

"I was disappointed that this was my third stay and I had "accidentally" found the gym. (I had been paying a $20.00 drop in fee at a local gym) Then when I went to the gym, there was NO fan and poor circulation, which in turn gave me a headache for the remainder of the day. I was pleased that when I requested a room with a fridge, and did not find one in the room that they had assigned, they promptly gave me another one. For me, convenience is essential, and this hotel is convenient for the business that I conduct while in the Toronto area. The fact that they are "dog" friendly is a large bonus for me in the summer months."

"Only items noted in the hard copy questionairre I filled out at the hotel - dirty, grimy, dusty dresser fronts, used pink condom under bed. Also noted very grimy baseboards and stained furniture."
