"The filter in the air conditioning needs to be cleaned regularly. There was a lot of dust that had collected and it looked as if it had not been cleaned for quite a while."

"We required a cot for our room that smelled extremely smoky - not the sheets and blankets but the cot itself. Everytime I moved, the air came out of the matrass and it felt as if I were in an ashtray. It was necessary for three of the parents in three seperate rooms to call down numerous times with noise complaints until finally the police were called. There should have only been three calls (maximum) to the front desk rather than 5 (from 1 room alone) before the police were called - we do, however, appreciate you not charging this parent for that night but the situation needed a firmer hand - the security guard made no difference. I was very impressed on Sunday, at check-out, at the hard work that was being done by the staff i.e. cleaning rooms, having people check out quickly, etc. Again, as my choice in questions #4 - I didn't love it but I certainly didn't hate it either!"

"Excellent staff at the front desk. Room was very clean. Air conditioner worked great, as did the plumbing. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend Quality Inn in Peterborough to anyone going that way."

"There was mildew on the walls of the bathroom and tub. No fitted sheets on the bed resulted in the linen always falling off."

"The Bathroom door did not close properly and could not be locked for privacy. The ceramic tile around the bathtub could use some regrouting and the fan was very noisy. There was a large stain on the carpet which was very unattractive. The heating system was very difficult to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold. The bedding did not stay tucked in and in the middle of the night we found our feet exposed. The bed itself was supposed to be a Queen size but it was a very small Queen size. The pull out couch had some springs missing and the mattress seemed to sag. The room was very dry and we all woke up with sore throats in the morning.Sorry I couldn't say something more positive but we had a most uncomfortable night."

-the room was a smoking room and stank even with airing it through open patio door.
-breakfast was a disappointment with dried out sausage, over cooked eggs and over cooked bacon
-coffee was poor"

"Room 112 could use some work.Grout between tiles in shower show a lot of black mildew. Rooms smells musty, why don't you have cleaning lady spray Febreze, to get rid of mildewy/musty smell."

"I was extremely pleased that I could have my dog with me. I also enjoyed the fact that I was able to park outside the room and then take my suitcase in through the patio door.
The only reson I did not rate it high on value was that it was a good $30.00 more than some of the other hotels in the area. BUT, I was able to have my little dog with me.
So:
Thank you. :-)
Excellent indeed."
