"We were very happy with our stay. The Staff were very hospitable. The only criticism we have is that the elevator is too far away from the Lobby (when we have too much luggage to carry.)"

"The staff needs to exert some control over the guests. The halls were noisy with teenage basketbal players running around and there were several parties (lots of drinking) going on with a fair bit of noise. It seems to me that the staff has the responsibility to maintain an acceptable level of decorum from its guests in order to protect all the guests."

"Because of the unfortunate flood which happened prior to our arrival, the pool was closed however we were given a complimentary breakfast which was superb and much appreciated.
All the staff were friendly and polite, we enjoyed our stay."

"The staff was phenomenal. Always went out of their way to say hi! no matter how busy they were. It was my favorite thing about the hotel. The service and accomidations were excellent!!!"

"We had a beautiful new room overlooking the river. The Festival of Lights was beginning for the season right next to the hotel. We were able to listen to the music and watch the fireworks and lights show from our balcony. The pool was lovely, and the staff friendly and helpful. An excellent experience."
