"Needs alot of updating. The volume on the alarm clock was broken.
Poor air quality in the room, very strong scent. Smelled like they were masking odors with air freshener.
The tap in the shower was so tight, staff had a hard time turning it on."

"It was the cheapest rate I could find at the last minute and I was put in a smoking room instead of non-smoking as I thought that I had reserved. As a result there were quite a few instances of items that were covered with the heavy sticky dust that accompanies smoking (ie: the clock and the desk), the cieling was yellowed and the drapes smelled of cigarette smoke. In the morning there was such a long line for breakfast that I did not get to have any as I needed to leave for my meeting."
