This hotel is located an easy walk to restaurants and shops in the town of Perth, while overlooking the picturesque Stewart Park and Tay River.

The boutique hotel offers 54 smoke-free rooms over 4 floors with elevator access. 

All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a flat screen HDTV with cable, a coffee/tea maker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk with ergonomic chair, dataports, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a 1- or 2-person deep jetted tub and climate control.

Some rooms include a sofabed, a separate bedroom, 2 TVs, 2 bathrooms, bathrobes, a kitchenette (full size fridge, stove top), a dining table, floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony and river and park views. Accessible rooms are available.

Rooms are furnished with 2 queens or 1 king size bed.

Free parking is available on site. 

A free local shuttle service is available to guests.

Pets can stay on the first floor only, for $20 per day, per room to a maximum of $100 per week.

The Good
Guests really enjoyed this well-kept hotel and beautiful property.

They liked the rooms. They were described as spotlessly clean and spacious with beautiful bathrooms, great whirlpool tubs, convenient mini-fridges and comfy beds. Many were also impressed with pretty views of the park.

They liked the location. Guests enjoyed the scenic and tranquil setting of the park with picnic area, children's playground, ponds and river behind the hotel. It was also an easy walk to the town’s restaurants.

Staff were described as warm, accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Guests often mentioned the beauty of the hotel and its public spaces. Pool, hot tub, steam room and the hotel’s patio all received praise for being immaculately kept and enjoyable.

Guests were often pleased with the spa treatments, massages, Aveda products and spa staff.

Many loved the quaint setting of this hotel, were pleased with the value and planned to return.
