The GoodThe reviews used for this analysis were mainly positive. Among the reviews, guests spoke favourably about the staff, found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, liked the location and thought the view of the river was great.
The staff were frequently complimented for providing great service and were described as welcoming and helpful. One reviewer mentioned that the staff addressed them by name every time they passed the desk and called them a "huge asset" to the hotel. Another guest described them as "client-centric".
