The Bad
The bulk of reviews used for this analysis were favourable. Guest complaints were uncommon. There were a handful of critical comments which were isolated and not reflective of overall guest experience.

A few guests had criticisms of the free breakfast where they felt somethings was lacking, such as lactose free milk and boiled eggs, or else they thought it was too basic. One other guest said there was not enough seating for breakfast.

A couple of guests complained of noise, one from a neighbouring room and one from the nearby highway when the windows were open.
